TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of LoadingBar.club ("the site", "the bar", "we"). By using the site or activating a membership, you agree to them.

1. THE SERVICE

LoadingBar.club is a digital ambiance space: a themed cyber-bar where mood inputs generate cocktail specs, radio stations, and visual skins. The free floor is open to all. A paid Access Pass unlocks member-only features.

2. ACCOUNTS & ACCESS PASS

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the site, and of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase a membership.
  • An Access Pass is a recurring monthly subscription billed via Waffo at $1.99/month. It renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You are responsible for the security of the email tied to your Access Pass. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard it.
  • We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, or material breach of these terms.

3. MEMBERSHIP FEATURES

The Access Pass unlocks the bartender's full memory, member-only radio stations, and exclusive room skins. Feature availability may change; we will not reduce core paid functionality retroactively within a billing period without notice.

4. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Billing is handled by Waffo. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction may add. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are not refunded except as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
  • Impersonate the bar, its characters, or other users.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site's visual design, characters (including the bartender and Miko), copy, and generated artwork are owned by LoadingBar.club or its creators. Mood-generated cocktail specs are provided for personal enjoyment and may not be resold.

7. DISCLAIMERS

The site is provided "as is" for entertainment. Cocktail specs are fictional and for ambiance only — do not consume anything generated. We are not responsible for any outcome from acting on generated content. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadingBar.club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. TERMINATION

You may cancel anytime from your membership settings or by emailing contact@loadingbar.club. We may terminate access for breach. Sections on liability, IP, and disclaimers survive termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoadingBar.club operates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence (including EU/UK rights). Disputes are resolved informally first via email.
